Study design
Target populations, strata, sample size, oversamples, recruitment channels and fieldwork plan.
Official Cognitive Capital Measurement Program
Commission a representative CAB Population study, pass independent quality review and publish a certified cognitive-capital profile that can be repeated over time.
What participation includes
The commercial engagement funds rigorous measurement. Certification and publication remain governed independently under the Founding Charter.
Target populations, strata, sample size, oversamples, recruitment channels and fieldwork plan.
Version-controlled assessment, approved languages, administration modes and secure data capture.
Training, technical onboarding, quality monitoring and issue resolution during fieldwork.
Validation, exclusions, weighting, uncertainty, sensitivity and subgroup analysis.
Quality decision, official public profile, national report, downloadable aggregate data and badge.
Interpretation with public officials and local experts, including strengths, equity and next measurement.
Program options
One primary cohort and one official measurement cycle.
Youth and adult cohorts, demographic comparisons and public report.
Oversamples for states, provinces, communities, cities or priority groups.
Periodic pulse samples plus scheduled official remeasurement and trend analysis.
Founding Participants
The founding cohort is intended to represent multiple world regions, language families and income levels. Early participants receive implementation support and visibility, but no methodological privilege.
Align the national objective with the common global protocol.
Publication in the first certified cohort and Global Cognitive Capital Report.
Share implementation lessons without influencing scores or standards.
Each participant agrees that it is commissioning measurement rather than a favorable outcome. It accepts the approved sampling and quality requirements, publication regardless of performance, audit cooperation, responsible communication and protected use of individual data.
Indicative planning tool
This calculator provides an initial planning range. The final sample is set by statistical power, design effects, subgroup precision, nonresponse and local field conditions.
Planning estimate only; not a quote, protocol approval or certification guarantee.

The program team will prepare an initial measurement pathway covering cohorts, sample design, languages, geography, implementation partners, timing and indicative commercial scope.
